using a previous experience as an invitation into hypnosis - a demonstration
In this video, we can see how easily the client re-experiences her meditation and relaxation and readily becomes focused and absorbed in her experience ... easy hypnosis happens respectfully to everyone's benefit and satisfaction.
As you are watching, what can you notice as the earliest sign of hypnosis developing?
If you're listening [make sure not while driving!!!] what do you notice in yourself?

So gentle.
Their was a reason for the use of the word extermination at the very end is it used to solidify the resources the client has or will use?
Thanks for your reply. Found myself this time saying your words in my head almost automatically or marginally after you said them. I don't know why. I suddenly felt very relaxed, but my head started to slowly move in a irregular shaped circular motion of its own accord ( or what I think is its own accord). Its like the movement is not of my own doing, its comforting yet puzzling as It started happening over 20 years ago. It feels somehow I am looking for something or some solution but I never do and thats why it recurs. It maybe just some habit that I like experiencing when I am relaxed. I have no answer but maybe its a biota both.
Anyway i enjoyed the experience and the humour.
I wonder regarding the use of the "tickle in the belly". What urged you to use this particular sensation in the invitation to hypnosis? Some people do not like to be tickled, and I assume it might cause them to get out of hypnosis. Were there any indication to the contrary with this volunteer ?
