Ann Woelk
About Ann Woelk
I'm 53 yrs old and have worked in community development and the human potential movement for the past 30 yrs.
Most of my career has been spent in Chicago working in low income, minority communities. I have also worked in the labor movement as negotiator and organiser.
I did my undergraduate degree in sociology at the University of Michigan. It was at Uni that I became interested in socio-political systems and the language used to convey ideas. From there I worked for a variety of labor unions in Chicago before returning to graduate school to complete my Masters of Social Work and then, later, a Masters of Pastoral Studies.
Currently I live in Melbourne. My interest is in applying my various degrees and "extracurricular" training towards helping those seeking emotional and spiritual healing.
