Answering your email of Tues., Feb 20, 2018:
Dear Rob,
The course has been enormously useful to me as a refresher and an elaboration of what I have learned from your other courses, webinars and books. I have been deeply impressed with the empowering effect on my clients of Erickson's solution-focused approach (according to your special, first-hand interpretation of it) insofar as I have been able to understand, internalize and apply it. Whereas I had previously offered hypnotic suggestions and advice of dubious value, I now simply work with the client to find his own answers, which are far more powerful, personalized and effective than anything I could ever propose! Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
