using likes as an invitation into hypnosis - an example
We all like doing something we like, and we like talking about it. We'll explore more about how we can find a wonderful treasure chest of resources in the likes later, but for now, exploring what someone likes, inviting them to focus on some part of that, become more absorbed in it - this is likely to be an easy and very acceptable experience of exploring hypnosis for most people.

Thank you for the experience.
Thanks Rob, Your voice is at perfect pitch and speed and his helpful in helping me gain deep relaxation more quickly.
I am wondering if i am correct here - say walking in nature - we may choose an aspect to focus and maybe become absorbed in - as you listed: perhaps a subtle change in breathing - deeper and slower, perhaps the sensation of the cool wind on your face or the birds in the environment. To become really absorbed and maybe become more deeply absorbed in an aspect of the experience. So despite not really being important, the initial mindful experience, to home in on an aspect, say of, walking in nature may is useful ???
Thank you for the example. Very helpful.
